The high-speed full-automatic plane mask machine production line which produces disposable flat ear loop masks including automatic conveying of raw materials / cutting of nose bridge strips / mask welding / folding / Ultrasonic fusion / molding / sheet cutting / automatic reverse the mask / conveying the mask sheet / ear loop welding / tacking/ automatic finished product conveying. Automatic conveying of raw materials → automatic folding → automatic insertion of the nose bridge → ultrasonic fusion of sheet edges → sheet cutting → Semi-finished product conveying → Semi-finished product is divided into two channels → Semi-finished product conveying → Semi-finished product are reversed → Ear band welding → Ear band direction (inward)→ Finished mask output → Counting and stacking (can be set arbitrarily between 1-100pc)
